Unity Vs Unreal Engine 4 (UE4)

The whole time I was planning on using Unity for my FMP however after the Epic Quixel announcement I have decided to do the project using Unreal Engine 4.


Quixel Meganscans has been announced to be completely free for UE4 Users. Aswell as a 3D painting texture software coming back to Quixel to compete with Substance Painter. As far as texturing goes I will be using both pieces of software for my project. Having Quixel team up with Epic is going to make my final project look so much better and is really going to help my models and assets look more realistic.
