I’m Liam I have been in the world of games development for over five years now, over these years I have realised that I have the determination and commitment to succeed in anything I put my mind to, whilst consistently maintaining a high standard.

 

I have learnt the importance of being a team player but also being able to step up and act as a leader at necessary times aswell as being able to present my ideas across to the rest of the group this has come not only from games development but also my sporting background where I would visit local schools and teach classes P.E lessons before I went onto college and university courses in games.

 

In the creative industry I really shine, having set my focus over these 5 years to becoming the best I can I have acquired advanced skills in the likes of Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, Quixel Mixer, ZBrush and much more. I have made sure to keep up with the industry and familiarise myself with newer software such as Marvellous Designer, World Creator and always switching between Unreal Engine and Unity all of which I have invested my own money into.

 

I also have some experience in Sound Development creating sounds and music.

I see myself as a 3D generalist as I'm able to use a vast range of software and create both environment assets, weapon/armour models and much more but I mainly see myself as a Character Artist as its what I enjoy doing the most and its what pushes me as I feel being able to create good quality characters is alot more challenging than creating other assets.
